The most important thing in life is diet. But I am not talking about what to eat or not to eat: Please go on a mental/emotional diet. Every time you become aware of a negative thought or emotion, stop right where you are. Take a moment and return to yourself. Don’t give any energy to fear, anguish, insecurity and their friends. Starve your negative thoughts and emotions to death. This is a great chance to purify the mind. Limit the time watching the news( or stop all together!), either on TV or on the internet.
